We Shared Breath at 7860ft
The essential key to choosing the specific photos from my archive is to create an intersectional relationship between people and natural trees in a visually amorphous way. The echoing characters from shape and orientation were fascinating to me as they captured a vibrant dynamism of momentum. The only legible letters I included are “we share breath at 7860ft” and “we.” I have long been thinking the idea of sharing breath or breathing simultaneously is an extremely intimate way of expressing love, because it implies the subjective will to embrace each other’s most quotidian manner to the fabrics of their everyday life. Then, the message that I wish to convey through this project comparts the call for creating normalcy that fosters equality while mutually embracing positioning between humans and nature.
